	AANVRAAG ALLEEN GELDIG IN SARAWAK!
1	Leeftijdsgrens (echtgenote (wanneer je die hebt) hoeft niet gebonden te zijn aan de leeftijdsgrens) Belangrijke Notitie!  Aanvragers die 30 jaar en ouder zijn , mogen de aanvraag doen, wanneer zij kunnen aantonen dat zij kinderen hebben, die een studie volgen of wanneer zij een medische behandeling op lang termijn zullen moeten ondergaan in Sarawak.	Kandidaat moet boven de 50 jaar zijn
2	Goedgekeurde Periode	Moet om de 5 jaar vernieuwd worden
3	Medische verzekering en Medische keuring is verplicht in Maleisië
4	Maandelijks Pensioen / Ander inkomen Of `Fixed Deposit´ in een  Maleisische Bank ( Duur: 5 jaar, je mag het geld opnemen na en jaar tot RM60,000.00, voor aanschaf vastgoed, medische voorzieningen en voor studie kosten. )	Koppel    : RM10,000.00 Individu   : RM7,000.00 Koppel     : RM150,000.00 Individu    : RM100,000.00
5	De aanvraag moet gesponsord zijn door een lokaal persoon ( Een Malay, die oorspronkelijk van Sarawak komt of die een vast woonverblijf heeft, die kan optreden voor het tekenen van een vertrouwens persoon, die tevens garant staat voor uw aanvraag.)

HOUSE PURCHASE

Each participant is allowed to purchase residential houses at a minimum prices of RM 300,000 and RM 350,000 each at designated areas and is exempted from Foreign Investment Committee (FIC)’s approval. Designated areas confined to Kuching, Sibu and Miri.

AANVRAAG PROCEDURE  zal 3 weken in beslag nemen.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

All applicants who wish to apply to stay in Sarawak, Malaysia under Malaysia My Second Home Programme must submit the following documents to One Stop Agency:

1) Cover letter from sponsor

2) One (1) copy of Form IM.12 application form (Social Visit Pass Form)

3) Personal Bond

4) BK Form

5) One (1) copy of applicant’s passport and four (4) copies of passport-sized photographs

6) One (1) copy of sponsor’s Identity Card

7) Copy of Fixed Deposit statement from bank / financial institution in Sarawak either Affin Bank Berhad / CIMB Bank Berhad / Maybank Berhad or RHB Bank Berhad.

OR

Copy of at least 3 months certified copies of Pay Slip / Pension for applicant 50 years and above who applied using proof of monthly off-shore income

8) One (1) copy each of medical report from any medical institutions (government clinics / specialist hospital in Sarawak)

9) Other supporting documents (e.g.: marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.)

Successful applicants will be issued five (5) years of approved visitors’ pass with a Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) and renewal for a period of five (5) years subjected to the validity of the applicants’ passport.

1. 1 Kopie van het IMM 12 Formulier.
2. Aanvrager: Kopie paspoort, 4 kopies van foto.
3. Kopie van Medische verzekering en medische keuring.
4. Andere documenten (huwelijksakte).
