HOUSE PURCHASE
Each participant is allowed to purchase residential houses at a minimum prices of RM 300,000 and RM 350,000
each at designated areas and is exempted from Foreign Investment
Committee (FIC)’s approval. Designated areas confined to Kuching, Sibu
and Miri.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE will takes 3 weeks.
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATIONAll applicants who wish to apply to stay in Sarawak, Malaysia under Malaysia My Second Home Programme must submit the following documents to One Stop Agency:
1) Cover letter from sponsor
2) One (1) copy of Form IM.12 application form (Social Visit Pass Form)
3) Personal Bond
4) BK Form
5) One (1) copy of applicant’s passport and four (4) copies of passport-sized photographs
6) One (1) copy of sponsor’s Identity Card
7) Copy of Fixed Deposit statement from bank / financial institution in Sarawak either Affin Bank Berhad / CIMB Bank Berhad / Maybank Berhad or RHB Bank Berhad.
OR
Copy of at least 3 months certified copies of Pay Slip / Pension for applicant 50 years and above who applied using proof of monthly off-shore income
8) One (1) copy each of medical report from any medical institutions (government clinics / specialist hospital in Sarawak)
9) Other supporting documents (e.g.: marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc.)
Successful applicants will be issued five (5) years of approved visitors’ pass with a Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) and renewal for a period of five (5) years subjected to the validity of the applicants’ passport.
